Bikram Williamsburg is an official Yoga College of India. Our 90-minute yoga class is an uplifting, fun and challenging 26 posture series with two breathing exercises performed in a heated studio. Students of all levels practice together, working as deeply as their flexibility allows. This practice is a powerful healing and restoring technology that we offer our students as a daily resource for healthy living.
